Position Overview:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping children in Key Stage 1 (KS1) with special educational needs (SEN) to reach their full potential. Your compassionate and dedicated support will make a significant difference in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.
- Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help with the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals.
- Experience working with children with SEN is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
This part-time position offers a competitive daily rate of \xc2\xa380-90. The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM during term time.
