Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Tower Hamlets, East London
Salary: \xc2\xa380 - \xc2\xa3100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8.30am -4:00 pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
GSL Education are currently looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for one of our client Primary Schools in Tower Hamlets, East London, ASAP. It is a dynamic, cheerful and great school that encourages inclusive and comprehensive learning and emphasizes creativity.
SEN Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with special educational needs
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Encourage student engagement and motivation in their education
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Strong experience in working with SEN students as a Teaching Assistant
- Proven ability to demonstrate resilience and initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Have an Enhanced DBS of Child workforce on the update service or be willing to apply for one
- Local to Tower Hamlets or able to commute easily daily
- Potential to secure a permanent contract at the school
- A highly rated \'Outstanding\' Primary School located in Tower Hamlets with convenient access via multiple transportation options
