Wayman Education is currently seeking a committed and experienced SEN teacher to join a high-performing secondary school in Tower Hamlets. As an SEN teacher, you will be required to work with students with a variety of special educational needs to provide an inclusive and supportive learning experience. SEN teacher responsibilities

• Work with students with a range of special educational needs
• Plan and deliver effective lessons tailored to meet individual learning needs
• Ensure that students with different abilities remain engaged and challenged
• Work with other teachers and support staff to provide an inclusive learning environment
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of SEN best practices and teaching strategies
• Keep accurate records of student progress and report to parents and senior staff
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:

• QTS and relevant teaching qualification
• A minimum of two years\' experience working with SEN students
• Knowledge of current SEN legislation and best practices
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members
• Passionate about education and making a positive impact on students\' lives
