TLTP are currently working with an SEN school in Burstow. The school are looking to recruit a SENCO to start ASAP.

*** SENCO Teacher - SENCO Qualification required

*** SENCO Teacher - Full time

If yes to all of the above, then this SENCO role is for you!

SENCO Teacher:

TLTP are looking for an SENCO who either has experience working in an SEMH school or who is quick to learn. They need to be creative and proactive and able to get to know the children so they can see them as children first and foremost and best meet their needs, encouraging them to be as independent as possible in all their learning.

You need to be willing to support the children positively in all situations.

You need to be able to work well in a team and communicate well with adults and children.

The school:

This is a secondary school for students aged between 11-18 with social, emotional and mental health issues as well as a broader range of learning needs. The school holds high expectations for their staff. The school offer on-site parking as well as strong transport links for those that would be commuting via public transport. The successful applicant will need to be available ASAP. The school require you to have an extensive knowledge of the curriculum and be able to cater to the different learning needs within the class and styles of learning. They would also like the candidate to be able to land on their feet within the role.
