Semi Skilled Baker
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Semi Skilled Baker to join our team at Kerr's.
Start time: 4am
Duties will require you to:
Follow recipes provided to make, cut & scrape sponge/biscuits
Able to use large machinery for mixtures
Ice Empires, jam/cream biscuits, cut pans and jam/coconut sponge
Able to work as a team but eventually be able to work on your own also
Training will be given but some sort of experience would be highly beneficial as we are a very fast paced bakery. All our work is hard labour as it is all hand made cakes, attention to detail is crucial but must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
