Job Description
As a growing accountancy service provider, we are looking for an ambitious, hard working and suitably ACCA or CIMA level qualified individual with previous experience to join our dynamic team as a Semi-Senior Accountant
Key Responsibilities and Skills
Directly responsible to the Managing Partner, you will undertake the duties:
Being responsible for reviewing junior accountants bookkeeping and payrolls Prepare relevant statutory financial statements and Corporation tax assessments Advise clients on taxation, financial performance under the guidance of the authorised accountants (Manager or Partner) Dealing with clients' tax disputes and contesting disputed claims with HMRC Evaluates financial information for management purposes and preparing management reports for perusal by authorised accountants Supervising and training accounts clerks and other staff as appropriate.
Person specification:
Essentillay you will have the following:
ACCA/CIMA level qualified in a related discipline, Previous experience in a similar position Skills/knowledge in the following: Up to date financial and tax regulations Audit experiences a strong advantage Management and financial accounting practices, Analysing and interpreting financial and Mmanagement data and preparation of reports UK/EU taxation regime, Quality assurance and customer care, Effective business communication and team working spirit, Familiar with leading accountancy software, Organizational and prioritization Please forward your CV and a covering letter to Recruitment,
