We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Comparison Shopping Services (CSS) support team within the Klarna CMO domain. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients and internal stakeholders with information, on-boarding and administrative tasks within the team.

What you will do:

• 1st line support for the CSS team via email.
• Joint ownership of the team support channels and delegation to 2;nd or 3;rd line support.
• Marketing planning & execution, CRM, Search, lead generation.
• Help with onboarding of new clients.
• Administrate product feeds.
• Gather monthly stats and submit to finance/analyst teams.
• Update CRM and billing information.

Who you are:

• Google CSS knowledge or hands-on experience in Google merchant center and Google PLA. (Google Shopping Certification holder, current or past).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Support oriented.
• High attention to details.
• Analytical and organized.
• Problem solver.
• Confident MS Excel or Google Sheets user.

Awesome to have:

• Google CSS Certification.
• Experience in product feed management.
• Experience from working at one of Google CSS Partners.

Our team works remotely connecting daily via video call so this is an opportunity to be flexible with your location as long as it is within EU timezone. Fluent English is key, other languages are always a merit.
