Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated self-employed Sports Therapist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor or Osteopath to join our team in providing professional treatments to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and possess strong communication skills. The role is a mixture of sports massage, rehabilitation, injury assessments, manipulation and sports injuries treatments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose injuries and determine the appropriate course of treatment.
Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programs to aid recovery and enhance performance. This can be done through SN Clinic Physitrack.
Provide
hands-on
therapy such as massage, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises.
Offer advice and support on injury prevention, warm-up routines, and post-exercise recovery.
Utilise advanced techniques and modalities, including ultrasound, and laser therapy, to treat clients.
Maintain accurate and up to date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with professional standards.
Input clients' payments through SN Clinic accounts, rebook appointments and respond to any enquiries either online, over the phone or in person.
Promote yourself to attract new clients and ensure your schedule stays fully booked
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in either Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopath, Chiropractic or a related field.
Certification, membership with a recognised professional body and up-to-date insurance.
Proven experience as a therapist, minimum 1 year.
Strong understanding of sports injury mechanisms, rehabilitation, and prevention strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
Additional Information:
This role is for a self-employed therapist available to start working on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, to then progress to a full days shift, with the potential for full-time hours. You will be operating independently during these shifts, as no other staff will be present on-site. Responsibilities include opening and closing the SN Clinic, ensuring the security of the premises, managing your schedule, and handling all correspondence throughout the day.
As a self-employed therapist, you will be responsible for securing your own clients to fully utilise your designated working hours. Any individuals booked through the SN Clinic will be regarded as SN Clinic clients, and all associated protocols must be adhered to while on the premises. These include registering all clients in the online CRM system, complying with the SN Clinic pricing structure, and ensuring payments are processed through the SN Clinic.
To successfully attract clients and build your bookings, proactive self-promotion is essential. This may involve leveraging your personal social media platforms, website, word-of-mouth referrals, or any other appropriate channels. You are encouraged to promote the SN Clinic as your workplace, including tagging the clinic on social media to enhance visibility and expand your client base. The SN Clinic will also provide support by promoting your services, advertising, and utilising word-of-mouth strategies to assist in client acquisition.
The clinic is equipped with reliable WiFi accessible in all rooms, electric radiators for comfortable heating, electric adjustable treatment couch, blackout blinds, frosted windows for enhanced privacy, adjustable dimmer lights in each treatment room, and thoughtfully placed seating areas throughout, making it a comfortable working environment.
As a self-employed professional, you will be responsible for supplying your own equipment, such as towels, lotions, couch rolls, and other necessities. However, these items are also available onsite for use if required.
Pay:
During the initial three-month probationary period, compensation will be set at 30% per client. For the following three months, the rate will increase to 35% per client. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the pay rate will be established at 40% per client. All percentages will be calculated based on SN Clinic pricing.
