Responsibilities

Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and deep tissue massage. Perform eyelash extensions with precision and care. Manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and front desk. Handle guest services with professionalism, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Engage in social media management to promote services and attract new clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless operation within the salon.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of various beauty treatments and techniques, particularly in deep tissue massage and eyelash extensions. A passion for hospitality and creating an inviting atmosphere for clients. Ability to upsell services while maintaining integrity in client interactions. Proficient in social media management to enhance brand presence online. Flexibility to work varied hours as needed by the salon's schedule.

Pay: 13.40-14.80 per hour
