Security Systems Engineer

The Role

As a Security Systems Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include the

installation and commissioning

of:

Large-scale IP-networked CCTV systems (Hikvision + Hanwha) IP Access control and door entry systems (Salto / Paxton / NSP / Comelit etc..) ANPR Systems Door monitoring alarm systems EVCS (Emergency voice communication systems)
You'll be working primarily on state-of-the-art new builds across Manchester, though smaller system installations and upgrades will also form part of your workload. You'll also respond to

non-emergency reactive callouts

(standard working hours) - with

no

out-of-hours on call rota.

Occasional weekend work required - Overtime paid

Key Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with a solid background in:

Installing and commissioning security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) Working knowledge of WiFi + Data networks (highly advantageous) Reading and interpreting technical drawings and system schematics Diagnosing and resolving system faults efficiently
