Job Description

As a Security & Transport Supervisor at Sodexo in Sudbury, you\'ll ensure the safety of our customers, staff, their buildings and assets. What you\'ll do:

To develop excellent working relationships with onsite customers/clients.

To conduct daily safety Patrols

Support and control of Traffic management for the site, ensure safety and during operations of transport on site.

Management of transport and safety whilst on site * Contact support manager for contractors coming on site ensuring process and procedures are followed and in place.

To provide regular liaison and timely feedback to site management team on all aspects of security operations and service delivery, implementing effective solutions and corrective actions to enhance the service.

Assisting in ensuring health and safety protocols around the grounds single track are adhered to

Provide support to the General Services Manager in leading the Security team

What you bring:

A valid FLT & SIA Licence is essential

Ability to interact with employees, contractors, visitors, and management as well as local police and fire authorities as required.

Excellent communication and a proven ability to successfully lead a team.

Experience working within a similar role or the transport/logistics sector

Ability to engage professionally with stakeholders, with a focus on safety
