A security installation and maintenance engineer is required to join our successful security installation team, covering London and surrounding areas.

Purpose of Job

The Service & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for problem solving and carrying out system repairs and maintenance on Door Entry, CCTV, & Access Control and in addition, the provision of training and support to other clients and other engineers where required.

Key Skills

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years experience in the Door Entry/Access Control & CCTV installation sector. Driving Licence, (however, Tube based engineers also considered).

Main Responsibilities:

Carry out Preventative Routine Maintenance Visits, Provide diagnostics/solutions and repairs on reactive breakdown call-outs. Tickets to be completed on a same day basis with feedback provided on jobs Maintenance visits are undertaken with reports being issued to ensure that systems comply and are maintained to the required standards. Any poor workmanship or materials to be highlighted and reported. Onsite training to be provided to customers, when required. Liaise with equipment manufacturers and retailers to evaluate best solutions. Provide excellent customer service at all times and establish good customer relations to promote the company image. To take part in the out of working hours call out rota. Effective interaction with the office, installation teams and directors to ensure the best level of service is maintained at all times.

Pay: 32,000.00-42,000.00 per year
