Pace supplies high quality and professional security officers to a wide variety of sectors including world-renowned educational institutes, high end residential, multi-million pound corporate offices as well as much more. If you are looking to further yourself within the security industry then look no further! Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit for a number of Security Officers in the Milton Keynes area. Shift Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday Shift Times: Monday - 08:00 to 17:00, Tuesday - 18:00 to 21:30, Wednesday - 18:00 to 21:30 and Friday - 08:00 to 18:30 (27.5 hours per week) Pay Rate: \xc2\xa310.42 per hour Job Role \xc2\xb7 To act as a visual deterrent for anti-social behaviour in the area. \xc2\xb7 Check and issue passes for site access. \xc2\xb7 To remain vigilant at all times. \xc2\xb7 Friendly, helpful and welcoming to visitors. \xc2\xb7 Be flexible with regards to duties, no day is the same! \xc2\xb7 Liaise with the client and other key stakeholders with regards to issues in and around the site. \xc2\xb7 Liaising with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services. Role Requirements \xc2\xb7 Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisors license. \xc2\xb7 CCTV license is desired but not mandatory. \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 1 year of security experience. \xc2\xb7 Strong levels of verbal and written English. \xc2\xb7 Excellent customer service skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to think on your feet and act quickly in difficult situations. \xc2\xb7 Be physically fit as the role will require a lot of walking and standing.
