It is a modern, state of the art building with excellent and diverse facilities. We are looking for a Secure Residential Support Worker to join our care team.Youxe2x80x99ll work as part of a dedicated, supportive team, and will be responsible for providing the day-to-day safe and secure care of the children at Lansdowne. Keeping the children engaged and occupied, youxe2x80x99ll encourage and participate in fun, enriching activities with the young people, such as sports, cooking, arts and crafts and many more.We put children at the heart of everything we do. • Have experience of working with children.
• Behaviour Management experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Well organised and self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.

Secure Residential Support Worker offered on a full time basis. Duties will include working the following shift pattern -Week 1 & 3: Weds, Thurs & Sunday Night

• Experience of working with or looking after children.
