Job Description

We are looking to recruit a full time permanent Secretary working a 40 hour week (excluding breaks) based at our office in Pembroke. We will offer a competitive rate of pay plus possible overtime.

You will be responsible for the following:

Accounts receivable Credit control

Invoicing customers

Bank reconciliation

Daily banking activities

Managing monthly payroll and expenses using Sage 50 payroll

Managing and reviewing office processes, filing and ordering supplies for the office and workshop.

Taking orders for plant and machinery and answering accounts queries.

Any other duties as required

Essential



Experience in a Similar accounts role

Have an understanding of accounting principles and the monthly accounts cycle.

Proficient in MS office applications (Word ,Excel etc)

Good Oral and written communication Skills

Desirable



Ability to use Sage 50 software or equivalent accounts package
