Role and Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the teaching and learning activities within our secondary school. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons. Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance. Helping to create a conducive and inclusive classroom environment. Supporting students with their learning objectives and academic progress. Contributing to classroom management and behaviour management strategies. Assisting with administrative tasks related to teaching and learning.Requirements: A genuine passion for education and a desire to support the development of young learners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is advantageous but not essential.
