Teaching Assistant Career Teachers are seeking to appoint an outstanding classroom Teaching Assistant to join a committed team in a fully inclusive Manchester Secondary school. This full-time position will start in September and although temporary in the first instance, the right candidate will find opportunities for career development at this school. The school are searching for a candidate that is enthusiastic and confident and has great enthusiasm. With a wide range of knowledge and experience within the educational sector. You will be required to work closely and support the classroom teacher and will be involved in fulfilling certain responsibilities and duties with a good understanding of the day to day running and structure of a Secondary School educational setting. To be successful in the role, you are required to - Have recent experience with working with Key Stage 3 and 4 as a Class Teaching Assistant or SEN TA. Be able to work effectively within a team. Have knowledge and understanding of the Teaching Standards and Curriculum . To have a resilient nature and patient. Confident in building positive relationships with both students and staff.
