Subject Mastery: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the subject matter and the ability to convey complex scientific concepts in an accessible manner. Qualifications and Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience in teaching Science at the secondary school level. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
