Experienced in kitchen paperwork, stock control, costings, and supporting efficient kitchen operations. Responsibilities and Duties
The second chef will :-
Run the pass for both breakfast and lunch & Dinner Service when required.
Deliver freshly prepared food on a daily basis.
Assist in ordering from suppliers.
Clean down working areas.
Assist chef on all functions.
Work alongside 2 other part time chefs.
Communicate with front of house.
Run functions when Chef is on holiday.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hygiene
Leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen staff
Familiarity with restaurant operations and serving techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food quality
