Seasonal Team Member, between 24-40hrs a week.

The Role

:

Enthusiastic & customer focused individual to join our friendly team Delivering excellent standards of customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude at the order and till point Accurate order taking Basic food preparation/cooking Creating amazing Barista coffees Develop a knowledge of range to give confident recommendations Multi-task and prioritise your workload effectively with a desire to learn Working using FIFO rule Carry out cleaning duties as needed Food Safety paperwork Flexibility to work shift patterns and weekend days

The Person

:

Pride to deliver the best customer service in our delicatessen & cafe that will have customers returning Sales and retail experience Motivated to working in a pressurised environment, remaining calm & professional Passion for quality food and drink Good sense of humour & fun Barista trained with a passion for exceptional coffee Good numeracy and IT skills are essential Ability to communicate with a wide range of people at all levels Aged 18 or over due to lone working This role would suit a student looking to return for each half term

Working pattern

: 24-40hrs, increasing for holiday cover & school holidays if required

Pay

: *Up to 11.44 on probation/post probation up to 11.75 per hour + perks
