We are looking for passionate and focused Field Sales Executives for a 10-week contract that commences on Monday, 16th October 2023.

We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world and are currently seeking a Field Sales Executive to represent our partner, Brown Forman (Jack Daniel\xe2\x80\x99s), to increase brand presence and sales of their products to independent convenience retailers.

Role Details:

Salary: FTE \xc2\xa325K per annum + Business Mileage

Bonus: 10% Performance Related Bonus (subject to terms and conditions)

Equipment Provided: Mobile Phone

As a Field Sales Executive and the face of our brand for Jack Daniel\xe2\x80\x99s, you will:

  • Maximise brand awareness and communicate new product opportunities, using sales data to drive actions in store
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, department, and store managers across various retailers
  • Be responsible for ensuring stock levels are maintained, identifying, and implementing in store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility
  • Ensure the client\xe2\x80\x99s promotional activity is implemented, and that all products are on display in the correct location and with good availability.
  • Providing insightful and actionable market intelligence feedback to support continuous improvement

Sales Negotiations, Relationship Building, Product Knowledge, Commercial Awareness, and Influencing skills

Who are we looking for?

You will possess demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment, although we will also consider applications from motivated individuals with experience from other sectors.

You will be passionate about the amazing brands we market and have the drive and tenacity to succeed.

You will be willing be able to lift, carry, security tag, and merchandise cases of spirits.

You must hold a full manual driving licence, have business travel insurance on your policy, and be able to travel within a defined territory.

You will receive full training at a launch event, and ongoing via Microsoft Teams. You will also receive ongoing support from your Field Manager.
