This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service skills as you welcome and serve visitors to Spurn Nature Reserve and Discovery Centre. Enjoy working at one of Yorkshire's most iconic locations as part of a brilliant team.
In this busy and varied role, you'll be assisting all front of house operations including, greeting visitors on arrival, taking payments for car parking and shop sales, and being behind the cafe counter taking orders and preparing food and drink. This flexible role will also help to maintain tidy and attractive facilities, it will include cleaning throughout the Centre, which welcomes around 60,000 visitors a year, for 2hrs on 2 days as housekeeping cover or helping with the holiday let.
You will have experience working in a fast paced, customer-focused environment and have a passion for delivering great customer care. Hands-on experience within a cafe or hospitality environment preparing food and drink is desirable.
