Scientific Director - London - Multichannel Healthcare Communications

The Company

• Creative Healthcare Communications agency in central London
• Transform clinical data into strategic, creative content with multichannel engagement.
• Expertise in scientific storytelling and brand development to engage with audiences in a meaningful way.
• Veeva and OCE accredited
• Projects include workshops, conferences, congress, marketing, edetails, sales rep materials and content for internal audiences.

The Role

• Ensure content is scientifically accurate, delivers the creative vision and inspires the required behaviour change.
• Ensure the storytelling is cohesive across every campaign element and within every tactical item
• Active role on the Senior Leadership team with ideas for developing the customer experience and agency growth
• Manage the workflow of the Copy team, ensuring a link to the strategy, is code compliant and quality control.
• Lead personal development and training of copywriters
• Key member of the pitch teams and new business proposals, leading on story development and translating strategy into content.

You

• High energy scientific director with a passion for multichannel communications across scientific, promotional and commercial content.
• Excited by leadership and people development
• Comfortable working with senior level client contacts including medical directors to develop the strategy and story
• Collaborative team player able to be in the office in London (SW) 3 days a week and WFH 2 days.
