Position Details:

Subject: Science Teacher (11-16)

School: Wigan Secondary School

Start Date: September 2023 (initial contract until Christmas)

Pay: Up to \xc2\xa3199.03 per day (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will inspire a love for science, foster critical thinking, and help students develop a deep understanding of scientific concepts. Working closely with the school\'s supportive science department, you will contribute to the school\'s commitment to excellence in education and overall academic achievement.

Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Science across KS3 and KS4
• Strong Science subject knowledge and ability to deliver lessons across the curriculum
• Excellent classroom management skills and ability to engage and motivate students
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments
• Professional attitude, reliability, and commitment to the teaching profession
