We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Science Teacher to join a reputable secondary school located in the vibrant city of Cambridge on a permanent contract to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Science lessons aligned with the school\'s curriculum and educational standards.

- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes active student participation, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry.

- Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies, resources, and materials to enhance the learning experience and cater to diverse student needs.

- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate academic growth.

- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary projects and contribute to extracurricular activities.

- Stay abreast of scientific advancements and educational best practices to continuously enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Science or a related field; a teaching qualification is highly desirable.

- Previous experience teaching Science at the secondary school level is preferred, but we welcome applications from passionate NQTs.

- Genuine enthusiasm for Science and a commitment to inspiring students through interactive and engaging teaching methods.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with students, colleagues, and parents.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to ensure effective lesson planning, assessment, and record-keeping.
