Are you ready to play a key role coordinating marketing and corporate development projects to support our schools?

With over 1,200 employees, The Harpur Trust runs four outstanding independent schools; Bedford Girls' School, Bedford Modern School, Bedford School and Pilgrims Pre-Preparatory School. We also give grants to local community projects and support education. Our mission is to nurture potential and improve people's lives.

As our Schools Marketing and Development Project Coordinator, you will play a key role coordinating cross-school projects to enhance the marketing and operational effectiveness of our schools.

Key responsibilities:



Marketing projects:

Coordinate and deliver cross-school marketing projects to grow the market share of Trust schools

Corporate development:

Coordinate corporate development activities carried out with colleagues that aim to generate increased income or reduce costs

Promoting cross-Trust education:

Support the delivery of cross-Trust marketing programmes relating to Pilgrims Pre Prep School.

Project administration:

Support the production and maintenance of project documents, coordinate project/progress meetings, collate meeting material, action recording and tracking, progress report production for a range of projects

About You:



Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented:

You have excellent organisational skills, planning and administration skills in a marketing or commercial environment and a keen eye for detail.

People Person:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Marketing:

Experience of coordinating, supporting and evaluating marketing programmes.

Project management:

Previous experience in successful project management, ideally in a marketing, sales or commercial environment is desirable.
