About the role
Western Road Community Primary School are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic and friendly person to join our team as the School Secretary.
Are you passionate and positive about working as part of a busy school community?
Are you organised, able to work individually and as part of a team?
Do you have good secretarial skills and can you work efficiently?
We are looking for someone who has the following skills and qualities:
Be cheerful, friendly and have a good sense of humour;

Have excellent communication skills including a high standard of grammar and be able to relate well to parents, pupils and visitors;
Have good knowledge of IT skills;
Be able to work flexibly and under pressure;
Be able to meet deadlines and prioritise;
Be a positive team player as well as able to work independently.
