Temporary School Reception / Administrator
Start: 3rd July 23 - 2 weeks (potential for longer term)
\xc2\xa312.00 per hour
Location: Petersfield
8.30 - 5.00pm Monday - Friday annd then from the 10th July 4.00pm finish each day
Are you looking for an ongoing role? Our client is an Independent school based in Petersfield. Our clients pride themselves on the energy of the staff and children. They have a range of ages from 3-16 years old.
They are looking for an organised, professional reception / administrator to join there team.
Duties to include:
- Answering Calls from parents and external parties
- Updating online information
Should you have previous experience within a school or school software such as SIMS, then this would be advantageous however this is not an essential as full training will be given!
