Responsibilities:
As the School Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the school\'s administrative processes. Your role will include, but is not limited to:
Student Records Management: Maintain and update student records, attendance registers, and relevant documentation.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff, handling inquiries, correspondence, and meetings.
Financial Administration: Oversee financial processes, including managing budgets, invoicing, and procurement.
Human Resources: Assist with HR tasks, including payroll, staff contracts, and recruitment coordination.
Facility Management: Ensure the school\'s premises are well-maintained and oversee facility bookings.
Data Protection: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality.
General Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, supplies management, and supporting school events.
Requirements: To be considered for the School Office Manager role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Previous Experience: A proven track record in school office management or a similar administrative role.
DBS on the Update Service: An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check is essential.
Strong Organisational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work efficiently.
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interactions with staff, students, and parents.
IT Proficiency: Familiarity with standard office software and databases is required.
