School Farm Manager
Job Description
1. To assist with the day to day management of the farm stock including feeding, watering and undertaking health checks of animals. 2. To assist with opening and closing the Farm. 3. To assist with cleaning and maintaining animal living areas and the farm grounds. 4. To assist with the ground\xe2\x80\x99s maintenance of the farm. 5. To help ensure that the health, welfare and safety of animals, staff and students by making sure the site is safe, clean and tidy, that no farm equipment is left unattended and that the buildings and animal enclosures are secured at all times. 6. To provide cover for weekend & holiday periods and other occasions as necessary. 7. To assist with students\xe2\x80\x99 learning, ensuring their welfare and safety needs are met. 8. To be familiar with policies and procedures of LDST and St Michael\xe2\x80\x99s and to uphold them, especially those relating to Safeguarding and Child Protection, Health and Safety. 9. To undertake personal professional development and training as appropriate. 10.To undertake any other duties commensurate with the role and responsibilities of the post as agreed with your Line Manager. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xc2\xa3300.00-\xc2\xa3400.00 per week Benefits:
