Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Cleaner to join our Facilities Management team at a secondary school in Walthamstow. This is a permanent part-time position working 15 hours p/week from Monday to Friday, between 15:00 and 18:00.

Key Activities:

• Will report to the Site Manager
• To carry out all cleaning duties such as mopping of floors, damp dusting, cleaning of basins, sinks and toilet areas, etc.
• To ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the school
• Refilling of toilet rolls, hand towels and soap dispensers
• Removing rubbish to designated areas
• To be fully compliant with H&S and COSHH regulations
• Working 15 hours per week, from 15:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience of working in a cleaning role is desirable but not essential
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment essential
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively
• A flexible and proactive approach to work
• Knowledge of H&S/COSHH requirements relevant to equipment and chemicals being used
• Able to work under own initiative to meet requirements of the role
• Able to obtain DBS clearance due to working alongside children
