Job: School Business Manager School: Secondary Academy, West London Start date: As soon as possible Annual Salary: \xc2\xa350,000 - \xc2\xa355,000 Aston Education is looking for a permanent full-time School Business Manager (SBM) for a secondary school in West London, to start as soon as possible. This role is part of the Senior Leadership Team, and the key responsibilities include the leadership of Finance, Premises, HR, ICT, Catering, Pupil Welfare, Health & Safety and Administration. You have School Business Manager or School Finance Director experience and a strong track record of managing financial operations and presenting financial reports/accounts to leadership teams. You can operate strategically, communicate effectively and have passion for education. You have experience in leading and motivating teams and the ability to contribute to school improvement. A strong finance acumen is required as this school is a single academy trust and, therefore, doesn t have centralised finance services. Their Ofsted grading is Good. You are ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified or fully qualified AAT. You have a qualification in School Business Management (ISBL) or significant School Business Manager experience.
