Business Manager required Birmingham and Surrounding areas Are you an experienced Business Manager Have you worked within a School environment Do you have a background using SIMS and FMS Aspire People are currently recruiting for School Business Managers to work in fantastic Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools across Birmingham. The successful applicant will have strong experience working as a School Business Manager or within a senior finance related position within education. The schools are looking for somebody who has the drive and ambition to aid the schools in achieving outstanding status by the end of each academic year. The positions will be temporary, working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00a.m. And 5:00p.m. Aspire People are an established education agency who have a fantastic reputation across the Coventry area. As a full time Business Manager, the school will expect you to essentially perform as if you were a permanent member of staff. You will be expected to Attend Senior Management/Leadership Team, full Governing Body and appropriate Governors\' sub-committee meetings Negotiate and influence strategic decision making within the school\'s Senior Management/Leadership Team In the absence of the Head Teacher, take delegated responsibility for Financial and other decisions Plan and manage change in accordance with the school development/strategic plan.
