Salary: UH5 \xc2\xa327,181 to \xc2\xa330,487 by annual increments on achieving designated skills and experience
Annual Leave: 25 days plus standard public holidays and an additional 4 days including the closure of our office between Christmas and New Year

The School of Creative Arts are seeking to recruit a School Administrator to provide professional administrative and organisational support within the busy school management team
Main duties and responsibilities
The School Administrator will form part of the School Management Team, supporting school-based administration in the School of Creative Arts. To ensure accurate and timely completion of School-related administration in full compliance with external legal and University requirements. This role will take responsibility for a wide range of administration support functions for the school, including the accuracy and completeness of data held within school for Visiting Lecturers and Guest Speakers.
Skills and experience required
You will have appropriate proven administrative experience in a complex and dynamic organisation, and experience of working within Higher Education administration would be advantageous. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and you will have excellent communications skills in working effectively with key individuals, with the ability to communicate in a variety of formats to different audiences. You will have the ability to collect, process and present complex data. You will be able to demonstrate initiative and the ability to learn new skills. You will also have good organisational and IT skills, including the use of MSOffice and databases, and the ability to use initiative in delivering to deadlines. You will need to bring a willingness to be flexible in time and in workload to support effective team working and to facilitate a seamless service.
Qualifications required
Educated to a minimum of A-level (or equivalent) or proven professional work experience.
