Duties

Oversee daily bakert operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Assist in food preparation and baking, maintaining high culinary standards. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations. Implement and maintain quality control measures for food production. Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service. Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Proficient in food preparation techniques, with a solid understanding of kitchen operations. Excellent organisational skills, capable of multitasking under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and other departments efficiently. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food production and kitchen environments. Ability to motivate and inspire a team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
