Job Description

To complement our team in London, we are looking for an SAP Change Manager.

You will have the chance to work with some of the best SAP consultants in the industry and make an impact on our projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Support change management at the organizational level
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
• Manage stakeholders; collaborate with management to gather and analyze operational information
• Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan; integrate change management activities into the project plan
• Consult with staff members and identify and manage anticipated resistance and mitigate risks
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress; complete change management assessments
• Share change management best practices with the team; contribute to the growth and development of change management organization

To join our team you need:

• Minimum 3 years of change management expereince within SAP industry
• Minimum 8 years of experience in any of the SAP areas (Project Management, Engagement Management, Consulting EWM; TM; YL; SD/MM; PP/QM; FI/CO, etc.)
• Thorough knowledge and experience in change management principles, methodologies and tools; experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
• Ability to inspire others and achieve common goals
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships; able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
• Flexible, adaptable and resilient; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically
• Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage)
• Willingness to travel if the job requires it
