We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious sandwiches and ensuring that every customer enjoys a delightful dining experience. Duties

Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations. Assist in the management of kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies as needed. Utilise basic maths skills to accurately measure ingredients and manage portion sizes. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items when appropriate. Maintain time management skills to ensure timely preparation of orders during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment in the kitchen.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential. Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques. Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers. A willingness to help others and work as part of a team is essential.
