Description:
As an established and forward-thinking manufacturer who specialises in point-of-sale production for the retail/promotions sector we now have a requirement for an experienced, professional, enthusiastic new business go get person to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. They will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.

Responsibilities:

• New business generation using various customer sales methods (client drop-ins, telephone prospecting, email and LinkedIn messages, client and prospect appointment setting, client f2f presentations, follow up etc)
• Forecast sales, working with management on sales strategies/models
• Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Evaluate customers skills, needs, and build productive long-lasting relationships through a consultative approach
• Proactively research prospects and generate and/or follow through leads Meet personal and team sales targets Report and provide prompt feedback to management using financial statistical data
• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

• Ability to provide creative solutions
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
• The ability to close orders without dropping the price
• Computer use competency and
• Accuracy in obtaining and debriefing product specifications
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and driven
• Submit daily and weekly activity report
• Degree or equivalent, ideally within marketing or business
• Team player

• Salary between \xc2\xa335,000 - \xc2\xa345,000 per annum DOE
• Uncapped Commission Structure
• Monday - Friday - 09:00 - 17:00 (some flex required)
• Car/Car allowance provided
