Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Carpet Salesman and Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, providing expert advice, conducting site visits, and producing accurate measurements and estimates for carpet installation projects. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable carpet and flooring options. Conduct on-site measurements and assessments to ensure accurate quotes. Provide detailed and accurate cost estimates for flooring projects. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. Keep the showroom well stocked and ensure POS is up to date. Coordinate with fitting teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Handle customer queries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-first attitude with a passion for service. Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets. Proven experience in carpet or flooring sales preferred but not critical (training will be provided) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full, clean driving licence (for site visits).
