Visit new stores for new customers to collect important market information.
Evaluate customers' needs build long-lasting client relationships, and improve reorder rate and conversion rate.
Be available for on-call assignments from customers and team members.
Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
Manage your client database within your assigned territory.
Document and report and provide feedback to management for customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners in CRM.
Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the customer satisfaction. Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
Assist stores to do promotion events to improve products sales volume.
Basic
Qualifications:
Open to current students or sales experienced preferred.
English proficiency required (applicants of all nationalities welcome).
Must possess valid driver's license with demonstrated driving competency.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.

Qualifications:
Able to navigate through a fast-paced environment dealing with ambiguity like startup. Ability to identify insight quickly and set up SOP and mechanism.
Proven record of driving account management with client related issues.
Enjoy hands-on solving client pain points effectively.
Experience with outbound cold calling and pipeline management.
Good organizational and time management skills.
