The purpose of this post is to, under supervision from the Steddy Ltd Directors, provide high quality customer service, develop and manage company Website, increase retail sales & services and manage company social media accounts.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT ABILITIES:
Serve customers and advise on suitability of disability aids
Carry out sales demonstrations
Ensure showroom and building is kept clean and tidy, and stock is priced
Manage and update company website
Manage company social media accounts
Check & update internet sales and keep sites updated
Enter sales transactions and ensure orders are processed and kept updated
General office administration support - filing, post, fax, answering phone, photocopying and e-mails
Liaise with colleagues on a daily basis
Help promote the business locally through marketing
Help develop future business growth for the company Steddy Ltd is an inter-disciplinary team based company, which provides services ranging from:

The post holder will be based in the Cardiff shop, and on occasion will be required to travel to customers' home for product demonstration and to the head office in Bridgend.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience of working within a customer service setting.
Experience of Microsoft Office
Skills and abilities
Experience in updating and managing company website
Good standard of general education
Excellent IT skills and knowledge
Need to live locally as will be a key holder for any emergencies
