Job Description

Besmoke is a leading flavour manufacturer of smoke, grill, barbeque, and rotisserie products supplying into the global food industry. Our clients are major flavour houses, meat processors, seasoning and sauce manufacturers and meal manufacturers across Europe, USA, China, and Asia Pacific.

You will support the sales team in each territory by enabling them to confidently present Besmoke to clients with high expectations and demands. You will build relationships with the sales team and their clients and ensure samples, specs and quotes are delivered on time and accurately.

Reporting to the sales and marketing team leader, you will become part of a growing team who are passionate and committed to delivering the best products with the best customer service.

The successful candidate will be focussed, driven, conscientious and confident, able to work under pressure and able to communicate effectively within the team and with customers. Key Objective:

Support the Sales & Marketing Team Leader, commercial team and NPD department to effectively and efficiently manage customer samples, contacts and communication. Ensure customer queries are dealt with effectively and timely, with all stake holders informed.

Responsibilities and Tasks:



Customer Support & Coordination

- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

Sample Management

- Organize and dispatch customer sample requests accurately, keeping the team informed of stock levels and new developments.

Sales & CRM Support

- Maintain accurate customer records, track interactions, and assist the sales team in managing customer requests.

Social Media Management

- Oversee LinkedIn and other social media platforms, driving brand engagement and awareness.

CRM Maintenance

- Ensure the CRM database is well-organized and consistently updated.

Event Coordination

- Support the seamless execution of customer-focused events on-site, managing logistics and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
