Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in systems engineering and have experience with various technologies that support the development and integration of Salesforce applications. This role requires a proactive individual who is adept at problem-solving and can work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for system enhancements. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using web services and microservices architecture. Utilise T-SQL for database management and data manipulation tasks. Implement continuous integration practices using tools such as Jenkins to streamline deployment processes. Write shell scripts in Bash Unix shell to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency. Ensure the reliability and performance of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging. Maintain documentation of development processes, system configurations, and technical specifications. Provide support for VMWare environments as needed, ensuring optimal performance of virtual machines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture. Proficiency in systems engineering principles and practices. Experience with T-SQL for database queries and management. Familiarity with microservices architecture and web services integration techniques. Knowledge of Jenkins for continuous integration workflows is highly desirable. Proficient in Bash Unix shell scripting for automation purposes. Understanding of DHCP protocols is an advantage but not essential. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, enabling effective troubleshooting and problem resolution. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
