An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award winning Independent firm in Didcot.

Looking for a Sales Valuer, the successful candidate will be self-motivated and have a proven track record of converting valuation opportunities to instructions. They will be working alongside an existing team and will have access to an existing database.

Duties of the role will include:
\xe2\x80\x93 Generating valuations in a specific postcode area.
\xe2\x80\x93 Visiting properties and provide appraisals.
\xe2\x80\x93 Converting valuation opportunities to instructions.
\xe2\x80\x93 Taking photographs and measuring properties ready for marketing.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensuring literature is materially correct and up to date.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensuring third party services are successfully sold including mortgage and conveyancing referral\'s.
\xe2\x80\x93 Contacting vendor clients and providing up to date advice on the marketing of the property as well as market conditions.

The ideal candidate for the role:
\xc2\xb7Several years experience at Valuer level, however a high calibre sales negotiator will be considered if they are looking to take the next step
\xc2\xb7Will have a proven track record in converting market appraisals in to instructions
\xc2\xb7Will have an excellent work ethic.
\xc2\xb7Will hold a valid UK driving license and possess their own Car.
