Who are we looking for?
The role of Sales Support Specialist is a key role within the Gamma Channel Sales team. You will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and managing customer accounts.
Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Assist in the preparation and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Provide general support to the sales team as needed.
Provide direct support to Partners in the unallocated channel of accounts.
