34k to 40k per annum PAYE, negotiable based on experience



Full-time, permanent, 9 am - 5 pm

Role:

+ Liaise between sales, training, and clients for training delivery. + Respond swiftly to internal and external inquiries.
+ Resolve complex customer issues.
+ Coordinate resources for training events.
+ Assess customer feedback and escalate issues proactively.
+ Collaborate on commercial priorities.
+ Support the sales process.





Responsibilities

+ Handle daily administrative tasks, including order processing and customer onboarding. + Manage training logistics and company events.
+ Oversee training schedules and reporting.
+ Manage call handling and customer inquiries.
+ Utilise reporting tools effectively.
+ Supporting the training team.





Requirements


----------------



+ Management experience is advantageous. + Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills.
+ Be coachable, open and willing to grow whilst taking on additional responsibilities on your development path.
+ Strong communicator.
+ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
+ Excellent phone etiquette and rapport-building skills.
+ Eligibility to work in the UK.
