Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Sales Supervisor

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing vape products and accessories from suppliers in China and the United States, staying ahead of market trends, and managing purchasing operations. This role is integral to ensuring The Vape Boys continue to deliver premium products to our clients efficiently and competitively.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Supplier Management:

Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers in China and the USA. Negotiate terms, and pricing to secure the best deals for the company. Maintain a supplier database, ensuring compliance with company quality standards.

Market Research:

Monitor industry trends to identify innovative and popular vape products. Stay updated on market developments, regulations, and competitor offerings. Recommend new products to expand the company's inventory portfolio.

Purchasing & Logistics:

Plan and execute procurement strategies to ensure timely product availability. Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies. Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline import/export processes and ensure cost-efficient transportation.

Inventory & Quality Assurance:

Work closely with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and reorder as needed. Ensure all sourced products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Budget Management:

Prepare and manage the procurement budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, preferably in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of sourcing products from international markets, particularly China and the USA. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with import/export regulations and logistics management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: 29,000.00-33,000.00 per year
