Make it your story.Your role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for a Sales Specialist to join ABB in a home-based role for Electrification, Smart Buildings Northern Ireland business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: remote #LI-remote You will be mainly accountable for: xe2x80xa2 Selling products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions xe2x80xa2 Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promoting their understanding of ABBxe2x80x99s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligning with them to provide a solution xe2x80xa2 Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process xe2x80xa2 Preparing sales plans using ABB authorized tools xe2x80xa2 Performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s), in case of any potential order shortfalls xe2x80xa2 Creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals, by using effective sales techniques xe2x80xa2 Communicating to the customers about the details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABBxe2x80x99s offering and strategy xe2x80xa2 Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value proposition to customers xe2x80xa2 Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market xe2x80xa2 Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting cash collection and project management activities, when needed xe2x80xa2 Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers are in place, including prices and trading conditions xe2x80xa2 Driving application of standardized marketing & sales processes and tools (Salesforce, account plans, etc.) for the accountQualifications for the role
