Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, reach out to, and engage potential delegates over the phone and via email. Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. Deliver engaging product presentations and tailored solutions based on customer needs. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Accurately maintain records of all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the sales process. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

Skills and Qualifications



Essential:



Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (any industry) is ideal. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and we meanOUTSTANDING! A strong sense of ownership, resilience, and a goal-driven attitude. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRM systems. Experience in an office environment.

Desirable:



Experience in an events company environment. Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with Salesforce.
