Job Summary



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a key player in driving our business growth, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent after-sales service.

Responsibilities



Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Follow up on leads, arrange samples for new customers, and provide quotes and proposals. Ensure smooth order processing and collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and performance summaries to track progress against goals. Work closely with the office team to resolve any post-sale issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience



Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a business-to-business (B2B) environment. Strong customer service background with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Familiarity with sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. Experience in using software to track and manage sales activities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and articulate value propositions clearly. Knowledge of product/service offerings and the ability to match customer needs with appropriate solutions. Multilingual abilities are a plus, with the capacity to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers. Previous experience with invoicing and basic financial processes is beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
